Deco District decorators

Some downtown Tulsa feature hunting…For the first time, the mostly vacant lower level of the Philcade building is being decorated and used as temporary retail space for the holidays. The finishing touches were being put on before Thanksgiving weekend. Most of downtown is a retail dead zone, but 10 local stores are experimenting with mini outlets. We’ll see how it works.
