Route 66 Quarter Marathon

Last time I photographed a (full) marathon was in Columbia last year, through rolling hills, picturesque backgrounds and beautiful dawn sunlight. Being in a metropolitan city at 9 a.m. made things a little more challenging this time around. I still tried to play with light and find details to make pictures of people running look more interesting than they actually are. It’s a challenge for sure.
