Practice after storm

Driving between assignments after a thunderstorm passed, I noticed a rainbow appear in the sky and began looking for something to frame an easy feature shot. I came across a youth football scrimmage at a high school stadium. Turned out it was the first day of practice for the Indian Nation Football Conference, a large league of elementary-age teams from local schools. The super-contrasty, almost surreally blue post-storm light didn’t last long. I wish I could have shown more of the kids but it just didn’t quite work out compositionally.
